In the implementation of this e-commerce project, I, as the head of the "Golden Crunch" business, have been learning that being a successful and effective leader in the team is not easy because each party has different thoughts and opinions. Now, I have been elected by the members as a leader, so I am ready to take on the responsibility as a leader who will ensure that all tasks and instructions are delivered and implemented well as a perfect ending.
NORNATASHA HANIM BINTI NORIZAL
As a member of Golden Crunch, I was given the responsibility to manage and balance the current account to balanced and learn how to manage capital to further expand capital. I learned how to manage transactions, record sales, and calculate profits.
MALA SELVARAJAH
From this assignment, I have learned how to run a dropshipping business. It's may help me in the future. More I also learned to promote business on social media. From promoting our business we can reach another level. In addition, as a website creater I have learned how to do a business website.. Such as what information need to include, how creativity can do the website and etc.
WAN MUNISYA BINTI WAN MAZLAN
What I get in doing this e-commerce project is the ways of doing business online. I also learned new things, about how to create a business website. And in the aspect of group cooperation, each member of the group plays their own role, especially the group leader who is very systematic in terms of time management and the schedule of task distribution to other members.

Producing the needed goods and services as efficiently and effectively as possible is the department's goal. I was able to become knowledgeable and skilled in the role of the development department thanks to this job. I learned a lot through this e-commerce business, including how to market products on marketplaces like online marketplaces. I may advertise things and interact with clients through social media. I was also able to learn how to use the many programs at my disposal to edit pictures and videos. Because of the responsibilities I had in the marketing department, I was able to use my current knowledge of marketing to become a better businesswoman in the future.While employed as a development manager, I acquired expertise in the planning, organising, directing, and supervision of production-related tasks. I then acquire management skills for product and courier services.
HEMAMALINNI RAMESH
I learned how to run an online business, such as answering all the questions asked by the customer and ensuring customers are satisfied with the products sold. I also can learn how to assist each other to develop and improve our business. Through this assignment, I learned how to provide the best service to customers through an online business that assists the customers with everything from making an online purchase decision. Overall, I was able to increase my general knowledge and always be prepared for whatever happens in e-commerce. Furthermore, I was able to create a website regarding the business successfully on my own with my groupmate's support. As a development manager, I gained competence in planning, organizing, directing, and supervising production-related tasks. Finally, I also gained management abilities in courier and goods services.

The objective of the production department is to efficiently and effectively produce the desired goods and services. From this assignment, l able to expert and proficient the position of production department. Production management is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the production system in order to accomplish this goal. I gained knowledge of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production-related activities while working as a production manager. Then, I learn how to manage product and courier services.
NURSHAHIRAH AFIQAH BINTI MUHD RAMLI
I learned a lot from this assignment and picked up many new skills. Finding the best products and managing of product is my responsibility as a production department. I learned how to manage stock and handle packages to post the product or make COD (charge of delivery) to the customers. Additionally, I was able to understand consumer purchasing behaviour by observing how they contrast products based on features like price, size, and service.
WAN NUR KIASATINA BINTI WAN MOHD EZZUDDIN
Through this E-Commerce project, I learned many things, which is how to sell the products on the market such as online platforms. Through this social media, I can promote products and also communicate with our customers. I was also able to learn how to edit photos and videos using the various available applications. My duties as a marketing department really helped me to become a better business woman in the future by using the marketing knowledge that I have now.

As part of the marketing team, I’m grateful that I’ve learnt a few things I’ve never learnt before. Such as creating posters and get engagements. My marketing team and my group leader has helped me a lot in this e-commerce subject and I sure learned a lot of things from them.
